Chris Bangle did so much damage to BMW I think. Not sure what the overall sales figures worked out to be but my brother-in-law is used car manager at the local BMW dealer and he said that new car sales dropped off alarmingly when the first CB designs hit the showrooms.

I think the current cars are better looking than the CB era but don't really float my boat in the way that the E39 5 series and E46 3 series did.

Of all their current line up the only one that I look at and thing "wow that looks good" is the hardtop Z4. I am in no position to think of "upgrading" my current E46 M3, but am still struggling to like the shape of the E92 M3 - and I haven't previously not wanted a current M3 since the beginning of time!

Beemers aren't for me I'm afraid, need to have Iridium sunglasses and wide knots on your ties to drive one! Much prefer my FORD, yes FORD Focus ST. I want an RS Focus but Management wont allow funds

A young lad at work has a Z3, I keep telling him it's just a fat Triumph Spitfire, winds him up a treat:P

Is that one of those "Ford for Poofs" then with FWD and electronics so you can't $h1t yourself in corners?
