4 x E types, Corvette, Mustangs and many more.
Weather was glorious, not a cloud in the sky. Makes it all worth while tinkering all winter.
Stageringabout ( SOC member ) organised this run and it went well with a couple of stop off's for coffee on the way. No hickups as far as I can make out, good day out for sure.

. After I replaced the carb diaphram I connected up the carb overflow pipe to the elbow vent pipe & vice verca. When the engine was hot it was sucking petrol vapour in to the air intake causing the engine to increace in revs at idle. When I adjusted the idle speed with the engine hot this caused the revs to be too low to to idle when cold and the car would then stall.
