Stuart good point, I fitted goodridge brake hoses in the spring of this year and saw a sinificant improvement, coupled with the master cylinder and 1000 mile pads.
You've probably hit the nail on the head mate
Not used Green Stuff pads but I can say that both Mintex and Lockheed are excellent with very little dustover the cheap alternatives on offer. GS are significantly more expensive....
Replaced pads last year but not discs. Pads came from J.P.'s and were block standard type. Not to much dust and during the MOT ( Vauxhaul dealership ) the guy did comment " This things got better brakes than some new cars that we see "
However I did also fit new master cylinder around the same time.
I was happy that my brakes seemed tip top considering that I had used block standard parts from J.P.

Hi Mike, I couldn't agree more, but Green Stuff are better. Martin.
I am not particularly bothered about the brake dust with any pads. I owuld rather have sharp brakes and lots of dust. I am more interested in the fact as to whether they give the car / brakes more bite as they imply?

I know Wards won't, Mick reckons it's too expensive, which seems a shame, always good to keep the name in the public eye ! There seems to be a good number though. Martin.
