    I had the same problem with my Stag with the front riding too high after new springs which never settled even after several years, I have now changed them for progressive lowered springs from Chris Witor. My advice would be to talk to him you'll need to describe what shackles you have on the rear trailing arms and ideally the length of the springs. My guess however is that his slightly lowered progressive springs should do the trick. It only took me a few hours to swap them over so shouldn't be a big job for N&P.

      I have been told that i have Negative Camber and the springs are to long

        Difficult to tell without seeing the car from the front but that looks like positive camber to me. Does look exactly the same as mine though when it had the springs that were too long.
