That's cheap. The going rate to have your own injector reconditioned and tested is £25 each.

Did a quick CAD drawing, bought the extruded aluminium section, and pulled in a favour from a fellow Engineering company who have a better machine shop than ours!

Well looks like i could have made a bad call cos this guy is now a -1 feedback and wont answer my emails for a tracking no. hay ho,I'll give it another week and then open a case with ebay.

                Cheers Steve

i'm just tiring to get this straight in my head, a swirl pot, keeps a small amount of fuel in it, to stop the pump from running dry if the fuel tank is low,so if you had a fuel tank that was fully baffled and a submerged pump would you then not need a swirl pot ?

                  thanks dave

Correct. you don't need it baffled, just a reservoir under the pump, similar to what is fitted to original the Stag tank.

                      thanks john

one more question, if i go for a submerged pump from range rover, would that mean i would only need one pump, or do i still need a hp pump and Lp pump ?

                      dave

Only one if you use a HP pump from an EFI Range Rover. What are you doing for manifolds?

thanks john it may be easier with just one pump, the manifold is another problem im in two minds about that, first idea not sure how hard it will be is cut a stag manifold and rover and join together, second idea is copy flying farmers (*Neil's*)manifold
