Daughters driving test

Took my drivers test in a 1964 Dodge Polara w/426 cu in Max Wedge that ran 10.3 sec at 133mph in the 1/4 mile 4sp car.
All was great, even the parallel parking, the tester even made me stop on a hill which is no easy task with close to 700hp, manual trans, street tires. I (would've) passed with flying colors, except for part where I was going 10mph over the speed limit.

It's funny now, because you couldn't hear yourself think in that car.

I took my test, against all the omens, on a Friday the 13th when it was snowing. Passed first time. I'm still the only one in the family to have achieved that, and I put it down to being completely relaxed, having given up well before I got in the car. That was a white 1975/6 Datsun 120Y coupe, the instructor's car, which had every mod-con, and felt like a starship compared to Mum's Fiat 500. It was just three years old and already rusting at the sill/body seam, I recall.

How can I remember this stuff, and not what I had for breakfast?

Don't worry, you're not the only one.

I recall the registration number of every car I've ever owned over 40+ years, yet sometimes I forget my four digit PIN
