I then had to remake a bracket for the speedometer sender i am using a bmw zf also have to cure a leak at front inhibitor switch.

    cheers glenn
Update have all in place topped up fluids started after a fight my car hates being idle.
Inhibitor switch works reverse lights work car starts as it should park or neutral select gears forward and backwards no big clunks. Downside i have a leak from front oil seal which i did replace so maybe a bushing that need to be replaced and new oil seal again.
Also have noted a very strange noise sounds like a bearing binding so i suspect that maybe pump is f***ed.
Do i replace seal and try again or start again with another gearbox.
still thinking about a trip to the end of the street and back.

    Cheers Glenn

Give it a go, you never know but a run might sort it out.

Found some umph to get on with this again after the project stalling for a while.Just sorted the idle control valve and have almost sorted the mounting plate for the throttle body (omega twin butterflies).next will be mountings for the fuel rails which are all drilled out ready for the injectors. Not too much hardware left to make now, and then on to the wiring.Cheers Steve

                  Steve.

Fantastic job all credit to you, soon the fun will start. Amazing what you can do with the Megasquirt and Tuner Studio software, new features being added.
