Bad luck Glynn, often the Audi/BMW brigade think they own every bit of the road and ignore all else!
Hope its not too bad and you can still drive it ok.
Cheers
Oi you! Just when you were complimenting me on the colour of my Stag, you stick the knife in just 'cos I also drive an Audi

Chaps I don't give a monkeys what car she drives ....I have an Audi myself so can't point fingers damn good motors tbh ... I'm far more bothered about my old girl who is sat quietly in the garage licking her wounds, we were only doing a 5 mile round run as a treat to pick up my daughter. Lovely day top down and bang out of no where my summer is buggered. Probably only the third time she has been out this month. Well cheesed off. Must get the sodding mini finished now so I have something to drive to the shows. Don't get me wrong the stags driveable but I hate having something out of place. She's not perfect, but she's mine....... I am sure you all understand?
for what it's worth I'm glad it was and Audi as it crumpled nicely when faced with a nice stiff chrome bumper !
i was almost tempted to have a go at straightening it myself but as the insurance is involved now I think I'll save my bruised knuckles for the finishing work on my mini.
thanks for all the support though chaps
cheers glyn

Hope you get it sorted Glyn. You are right to leave it for the insurance as even though it doesnt look to bad (still driveable?) I reckon you would get a good bill for fixing the front wing and any other panel damage lurking behind. You may even get a new bumper bar if its properly bent.
I think (hope) we were only having a bit of banter re the BMW /Audi drivers....
