Does your other half share your Stag passion?

Mine loves to drive and be seen in the Stag, and has a soft spot for my tatty old Mk1 Vitesse too...
She also owns/shares her MGB Roadster auto with my daughter - my daughter loves the B, but she covets the Stag so much I'm thinking of getting a food taster
My son however, loves the Stag but covets the Vitesse, and wants it for his first car...

My son and daughter have no interest whatsoever in my Stag. I think when I die I will have to donate it to a suitable cause as neither of them have expressed any interest in acquiring it.

Alternatively I am considering putting in my Will a request that when I die I be placed in my Stag at the top of Mount Teide (the highest Mountain in Tenerife & the whole of Spain), and then the car be pushed off the edge into oblivian. I think that would be a nice way to go - but not just yet!

My wife has always been involved with cars particularly growing up with the brothers she had. She was a good pick. She is still my best apprentice and comes to all the events. As our sons grew up, got their own projects and then left home. She willingly helps in the workshop when needed to the point of winning a club cup for best pit crew when I was racing the Spitfire. She drove the Spitfire once ( under duress) as it was the only one on the road at the time. Also the Stag once to be familiar with it. She doesn't like our current Mazda 3 2.5. Her favourite was a 2.5 Subaru Legacy Est. 4WD. Her actual hobby is sewing and quilting.

My fiance just loves the Stag and it's exhaust sound. It seems to do strange things to her (not that I'm complaining!!!)

Just landed in Jersey, one of the first few cars to drive past me was a blue Stag with a Lady driving, Gentleman sat beside her, nice car to be driving round a lovely island.
Does anybody know who it might be, might say hello if I see it again.

My wife has no interest in the stag and I'm not complaining as it give me some time on my own fixing and driving. She does come to the odd show especially if they have a few stalls selling old tat. 😄😄😄

I certainly share his passion for the Stag, in fact it's often 'First out best driven' in our house. I am the willing apprentice when jobs need doing and I get thoroughly involved all the time.

Go sister! Except my other half doesn't have the passion I do, more of a sigh and a 'what do you want me to fix?' as I reel off a list of jobs that need man-muscle. Although, I think he was very impressed with the recent 2300 mile trip up and down mountains without a hitch. Now he has been offering to fix things.
