Drove from Wareham to Studland and back on the hottest evening of the year. Got the burble fix as well despite low compression on two cylinders. Stopped to look at Poole harbour and got caught on camera by my wife (not keen of having my picture taken) Can't beat a top down drive on a warm day!20170620_185027_resized_1.jpg

Knew it was going to be hot today, and had to take the misses to the Dentist c. 10 miles away in the Stag as her car is off the road.
Outside was roasting, but the temp gauge in the Stag never moved beyond the "E" letter position once warmed up. Local station said it was 40 degrees Celsius in Los Cristanos today (104 Farenheit), but my Stag seems to thrive being driven when it's hot outside, it's just me who comes home sweating. Car needs a wash though as it is full of sand from the Sahara desert as that's what happens every time we have a "Calima" (it rains sand).

After a nice day out to Bicester yesterday, I treated SOL to an oil change this morning (Dynolite Classic); then this afternoon took a 60 mile lanes run out. On the way back the windscreen took a stone hit, flung up by a passing truck . Not sure if the screen is saveable as damage is near the edge under passenger side wiper, maybe less hassle than replacing? having seen others with problems using companies linked through insurance when replacing screens.
