Not convinced myself. No feedback at all in last 12 months, an almost non existent description and a seller that would prefer to be contacted via mobile phone rather than the eBay messaging system. Alarm bells ringing straight away for me.
Can't see the problem with a mobile number. You can still contact them via eBay if you want. At least you have a way of speaking to them directly to see if the story stacks up. There are loads of people selling stuff on eBay with bad/short descriptions but you have to look beyond that. Check there feedback, check for other clues. Some of my best bargains have been on items (including cars) that have poor or non existent descriptions, you just have to go in with you eyes wide open and your wits about you, and never ever hand over any money for something like a car without seeing it and the paperwork at the address on the V5C. Personally I do cash on collection or nothing! (won't do deposits via paypal either - if they want to sell the car they will wait 24 hours for me to get there with cash in my pocket). I haven't sold anything on eBay for the best part of a year either, I've just listed some bits, but I'm not a scam artist.
Just my opinion and how I work - if you are not comfortable with the ad then leave it alone.

Bank transfers are not protected by ebay, you are only protected if you pay through paypal ... there is no reason at all that item should not go through paypal .. no track record .. stay away.
However I have learnt today that payments over £100 via Paypalcharged to your credit card are not eligible for protection by the card issuer as they would be if the card was charged direct.
