If apparently regular sellers develop a habit of not responding, my advice is to not ask again. It might improve their permormance Al.

I've given up many times. However when you do manage to get in touch with Tony, he can supply good value, it's just a question of when isn't it Tony? LOL!

Never had a problem myself although there is sometimes a gap between message and call back - people are allowed to be busy guys.
