Just bought one too. May never use it, but at that price if it gets me out of a bind once it will be worth it. Thanks.

Not a tool as such, but a tip for those, like me, who have smooth garage floors. Have you tried driving your car onto ramps, only to find they move on the smooth concrete floor? Try using the long bits from a pair of ratchet straps. Fit the hook ends to the bottom rung of the ramps and lay the straps along the floor so that you have to drive over them. Thewheels that remain on the groundwill grip the straps, holding the ramps in place. No more skidding.

        Thats a good idea!

I had the same problem, although my ramps are used on block paving. The first time it happened I thought I had gone too far and driven right over the end of the ramp! I gaffer taped strips of closed cell foam to the bottom of my ramps. It grips the block paving quite nicely.

The Heads on my car have been skimmed several times which required me to machine the inlet manifold,I manufactured this jig to allow me the mount the assembly on a vertical milling machine, I do work at a school with a great workshop.
