I happen to like the Moggy Minor, and would happily own one (as an addition rather than in place of a Triumph) but what I am lumbered with as a Moggy, dumps fur all over the furniture and makes a disproportionate amount of noise for his size....

All i can see is one of your slippers!

Then Sunday, after brekkie in bed!, overhauling my rear brakes and replacing rear suspension bushes, and cleaning old oil off diff, draining and refilling.

My father tidied up a Traveller many years ago. Almond Green. I did kinda like it! The longest drive we did in it when was I drove it to work, about 4 miles. It overheated .

My wife learned to drive and took her driving Test in a Traveller when she was pregnant. At first she hated the car, but when we sold it some years later (the wood had all rotted) she cried. You could get a Pram in the back of the Traveller - which we did and went all over the Country in it - me, the misses, and our newly born daughter with the Pram in the back. Car never let us down once and was so easy to work on - if you needed to. Our other car (mine) was a Triumph Spitfire - but couldn't get our daughter + a pram in that. Spitfire & Traveller was replaced by a Morris Marina - how sad is that.

Regards Father's day weekend - son, his parther, & 2 of our grandaughters are coming out to Tenerife tomorrow. Might get my son to help me put new coachlines on the Stag now that it's back from it's respray + fit whitewalls on the tyres. Also need to migrate all my Computer files to the new PC I picked up when in the U.K. The one I am using now is on it's last legs after 3 years of faithfull service. PS. The weather is absolutely glorious at the moment.

Here in sunny Tetbury and ready for the Weller gig - there's going to be an unexpected bonus for me, as I didn't realise we are only a couple of miles from Kemble and there is an airshow over the weekend and the Vulcan is booked to fly on Sunday.....

What a weekend..... great music, sunshine, an Avro Vulcan and driving the Stag...

                Could it get better?

                  Hi Russ,

There are classic cars there too at Kemble air show. I was hoping to go but now have to go to Chicago later today.

Hope you have a great time in my part of the world - nice ain't it.....

                  cheers
