hi dieter,this is the later xjs seat which i am using much more comfortable and lighter.

brackets and fitting is quite straight forward.

I was offered both pairs of seats for about 300.-. So I do not really know, what to go for - the more original looking earlier ones or the more sportive and lighter later ones?

I'm a fan of the older style but that's only my opinion. I feel more comfortable in them and I think they are more in the style of the cars of that era, even the xjs.
