Just one of the headaches I had to deal with when I was working, being responsible for Dangerous Goods by Air and Sea enforcement and documentation.
I willing to bet that every package tour flight has many examples of prohibited items in baggage due to passengers not reading, or ignoring, the required declarations at check-in.

Over the years we have learned to prevent problems with the volatile petroleum fuel in our cars. I have no doubts that we will similarly learn to prevent problems with volatile electric fuel in batteries.
To power any vehicle, we need to store fuel in a compact space which will, inevitably, have a certain volatility. We must deal with it.
Even a single horse (a one horse-power motor) can spook and become very volatile.
This could all be just an expensive white elephant, electric or fossil fuel. If a certain Mr Corbyn gets into power, his think tank are recommending the banning of all private vehicles by 2030. Of course the exception will be the political elite who will as of necessity have cars - sounds a bit like the middle lane on Russian roads reserved for their elite. Me thinks that will be time to copy our friends with the gilet jaune!

The Labour "think tank proposal" to ban private cars by 2030 is only in London - I assume in the ULEZ. The justification is partly to help solve the air pollution issues. Last time I cycled through London (literally right through from North to South) I would say the biggest issues were the large numbers of older busses and taxis just sat idling at traffic lights - especially in the outer areas. Already from 2021 the ULEZ is being expanded to cover everywhere inside the North and South Circular roads - but it doesn't affect Historic Vehicles so if I want to drive in London I will use my Stag

So many cars, so little time!
To be honest, I don't think this infernal combustion engine will catch on - it'll frighten the horses. OK, so it's had a bit of a spike over the last 100 years, but I'm sure the horses will be back soon - when as Ian Anderson sang "when the Oil Barons all drip dry". But wait a minute - silent electric vehicles will frighten the horses too.
Here's an idea for the missing engine sound anyway....
