That needs some electronics to make it work. You really need a mechanical switch that you can directly connect to lamp or buzzer, they are free with with a £5 Merc tank.

A lot of reading there :?

Granada socrpio cap is 17psi bar 1.2 do you have to worry about the bar

what size is the top hose

        been looking at silion hoses

        dave
17 psi = 1.2 bar, they are different ways of expressing the same thing. 1 bar is 1 atmousphere, and approximately 14.7 psi.

        Hope this helps

        Peter

1 Bar is actually 14.5 psi
1 atmosphere is 1.01325 Bar, which is then 14.7 psi

This is because full vacuum (no air...outer space if you like!) is -1.01325 Bar Gauge or 0 Bar Absolute.

So from 'no pressure' to 'full vaccum' is -14.7 psi, and from 'no pressure' to 1 bar is +14.5 psi, 2 bar is 29 psi..etc.

Puts on anorak and leaves the room:?
