Exhaust Manifold Removal - Ceramic Coating

Looks like I screwed up then - got coated manifolds but no header tank! (Can't quite see the connection between the two,other than what to spend your money on first. I screwed up again there because I bought a Nav System - again before getting a header tank)

I must admit to having spent €32,000 on the resto and still no header tank ......

+1. I have to admit, I have owned a Stag for 42 years and still not fitted a header tank. I did get fuel line over heating issues and my attempted cure was some home fabricated stainless sheet heat shields over the exhaust pipe runs into the boxes. It did help but did not cure the problem 100%.

Some years ago I fitted an Iveco van header tank to my stag.
It was great.
It confirmed that the head gaskets were blown.
Have not needed one since.

1st mod, A header tank with a low level alarm. 2nd, A R/hand bonnet release, If you ever break one you will know why.
