    Can anyone help?

None of the mentioned suppliers in this thread can …. I’ve called them all up…. Unless I’m not describing it correctly.
Without detailed measurement, I'd guess around 2.25 - 3.0 ohms/ m, based on target of 1.35 ohms (ROM) over ~600mm run length, with Bosch Red coils looking for 1.8 ohms..

I also could not locate any of the resistance wiring so running non ballasted coil set up.

I haven't fully researched this, but unsleeved Eureka resistance wire (60% copper 40% nickel, aka Constantin) is avaliable online in small reels of various gauges - the suppliers often provide a specification of resistance per metre for a given gauge. I believe sleeving is separately available in pink (at least), or possibly pink/white (?), from the usual electrical suppliers. So if anyone really wants to, I would think a loom with an inbuilt ballast resistor could be fabricated on a DIY basis or as a special commision from a loom manufacturer but it would need some further work.

The resistance wire is still used in rheostats for industrial or scientific applications, especially for certain specific use cases, though nowadays the rheostat function is more usually performed by thyristor controls.
