I was on the A27 yesterday, on the 70mph dual carriageway and there was a loan cyclist riding along the road...there was a perfectly good cycle lane to the side, so what's that all about?

I'm not anti-cyclist at all just can't understand the mentality of some people.

I seem to recal that they dont like you though Tim

I was thinking (how scary is that?) yesterday morning thatwe went out for Sunday breakdast with snow, ice and salt on the roads and in the last couple of months, not a single breakfast run.

It has been the same with TVR Club. It must be because they are used so much the rest of the week this time of the year?

My son got up at 2 am to drive me the 140 miles to London so I could take part in the British Heart Foundation's London to Brighton bike ride.

Then he was at the finishing line at Brighton to take an embarrassing picture of me and drive me home.

It took up most of the day - Bless him

Any other Staggers in the L2B ride??
I did the ride as well. SWMBO did the dropping off at Clapham and met me at the other end, we stayed overnight in Brighton. The congestion of that many cyclist trying to get through narrow country lanes for the first 15 miles is frustrating withplenty of accidents on route! Although I cracked Ditchling Beacon beforethe unfortunate incident with one of the riders.
