As Bob Heritage said, the front outrigger looks like it has been welded, the outer end doesn't seem to have as sharp corners to the box as the inner part that is connected to thecentral chassis rail, it looks as though the outer part might be welded over the inner bit. If you see an outrigger that has been replaced or patched, make sure that you check the floor above it, checkthat the floor is more than rust held in place by the bonded sound deadening mat.
