Quick update.
I spoke to Brands a couple of weeks ago just to keep the interest alive with them and casually asked them to confirm that there was no limit to numbers (they have already told me there wasn't before).
Their reply was no limit to circuit pass but the track is limited to 20 cars. I then said that I had sold this event on the pretext that we would be allowed on the track and people had prebooked with this in mind. I have now got them to raise the limit to 40 cars, I assume this will be two lots of 20, so I suppose any chance of two laps is out the question as there is only 1/2 hr. lunch break when we will get our chance, but no harm in asking again when I book the final numbers.
Everybody who has booked so far will get a track pass, but when the 40 number is reached it will only be a circuit pass unless we can double up and give others a ride with empty seats. I have 35 booked in so far so if you have been delaying booking your place, you had better get the credit card out quick and let me know.
I will bring all the passes to Clackett Lane Services, where we will meet and proceed to block the M25 with all these Stags coming, unless you want them sent by post and have sent me a S.A.E. as requested so that I can get them off to you. Bear in mind though that Brands are only sending the tickets and passes out about 7-10 days before the event.
I will list an update on forum members who have booked and what arrangements they have made to get the passes. Looks like it will be another great day out, U tube will be busy
