If you try and pull the black vinyl over the new foam it will stick and cause you to use far too many swear words. If you put a polythene bag over the foam, the vinyl will slide on fairly easily. The zippered section is, of course, much easier!
Tee bar finished….
Richard I wasn’t sure what you meant by polythene sleeve so I googled how to fit the T bar cover, another advise was to use silicone spray which I did and the air did not turn blue!!!

Excellent result! You got fewer wrinkles than I did!
Kev I dropped the seats off yesterday what a lovely guy Steve, he mainly works on his own and obviously has work booked in, he said my seats will be ready to collect by the end of June.
Hopefully that gives me time to complete the remaining interior, fit all the chrome and finish the fiddly bits that i have put off…
